These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between MT² Service, owner: Serge Teuma Miedji, address: Freiburger Straße 10, 65205 Wiesbaden and their private and business customers (hereinafter "Customer"), unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The GTC apply to contracts concluded via the website, by email, telephone, WhatsApp as well as to quotes and invoices.

MT² Service provides services in the following areas:

B. Moving and transport:

- IT moves

- Office and company moves

- Private moves

- Furniture transport

- Piano transport

- Grand piano transport

C. Clearance:

- Basement clearance

- Attic clearance

- Apartment liquidation

- Household liquidation

- Special clearance

D. Painting work (as part of a move):

- Painting

- Wallpapering

- Lacquering

- Mold removal

E. Assembly (assembly/disassembly):

- Furniture

- TV cabinets

- Fitted kitchens

- Electrical (lamp, socket, switch)

F. Caretaker service:

- Gardening

- Handyman work

- Graffiti removal

- Winter service

G. IT service:

- PC reset

- Computer setup

- Software installation

- Basic computer course

A contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer from MT² Service in writing, orally or in text form (e.g. by email or WhatsApp).

All prices are final prices. If the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG is applied, no sales tax is shown.

4.1. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice without deduction, unless otherwise agreed, after completion of the service by the contractor and subsequent invoicing, either in cash or by transfer to the contractor's business account.

4.2. The contractor has a right of retention on any keys and work materials handed over by the customer until full payment of an invoice amount.

The customer ensures that the rooms to be cleaned are freely accessible and that all necessary conditions for carrying out the cleaning are met.

6.1. MT² Service is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

6.2. In case of slight negligence, MT² Service is only liable in case of violation of essential contractual obligations.

6.3. Liability for normal wear and tear, material fatigue or pre-existing damage is excluded.

6.4. The contractor's liability for loss or damage is limited to €620.00 per cubic meter of loading space required to fulfill the contract, in accordance with § 451e HGB.

Obvious defects must be reported by the customer immediately, at the latest within 24 hours after service provision. In case of justified defects, rectification will be carried out.

8.1. If an inspection appointment has been agreed, this is a free service provided by the contractor.

8.2. The condition for the inspection to remain free is that the appointment actually takes place. It can usually be canceled at the latest 8 hours before the agreed appointment.

8.3. The costs of an agreed inspection appointment that is not attended and not canceled in time will be charged to the customer. A flat rate of €4 net per kilometer driven by the contractor to the agreed inspection location will be applied.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.

For merchants, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction – insofar as legally permissible – is the registered office of MT² Service.

Right of withdrawal:

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MT² Service, Serge Teuma Miedji, Freiburger Straße 10, 65205 Wiesbaden, Email: info@mt2service.de, Phone: 004915904950199) by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal.
